Meraki’s Ivory Beef produces flat-round, mid-sized beefsteak tomatoes of around 150-350 grams each. Some fruits are less ribbed, and some are heavily ribbed. Ivory-white, very beautiful fruits. Some fruits also get a slight anthocyanin coloring on the neck where the fruits are exposed to the sun. Dense and juicy flesh with a fruity and sweet tomato flavor, with a hint of citrus.
