Oriole, ‘Dwarf Oriole’, is a dwarf variety growing up to 120-150cm in height. Produces oblate, smooth tomatoes, around 150-400grams each. Some reach around 600 grams. Beautiful, pale orange fruits, some with a pink blush in the core. Well-balanced, intense tomato flavor and a juicy texture. Rugose, dark green, regular leaves. Derives from “The Fancy Family”. Selected by Susan Oliverson and named by Craig LeHoullier. Might still be slightly unstable. On occasion, an indeterminate regular leaf plant could occur. Osaka Purple produces beautiful, violet-burgundy-red leaves with lime-green stalks. Rounded, large slightly wrinkled leaves. Peppery, mustardy flavor that resembles horseradish.
