Cassady's Folly is a bush variety growing up to 80-120cm in height. Good yields of beautiful golden-red-striped paste-type tomatoes. The fruits are around 7-10cm long, very firm with few seeds. The flavor is sweet and slightly tart. Paste-type tomatoes contain less water than "normal" tomatoes and are perfect for tomato sauce, puree, cooking, etc. The fruits are very firm and meaty and not so watery if cooked. Cascade Village Blue is a variety producing round tomatoes about ping-pong balls in size. The fruits ripen from green-purple to a dark burgundy-red with a very dark-purple, almost black neck. Excellent, fruity, and full tomato flavor. Might still be unstable. Bred by Tom Wagner, a cross between his famous Green Zebra and an indigo variety.
