POSTAL SERVICE DELAYS 2026
Please observe that we are experiencing heavy delays for several different reasons. Weather, personnel, updating the postal system, etc. We are extremely sorry that your order is delayed. Unfortunatly there is absolutely nothing we can do to speed up the postal service. It does not help if I call the Greek Post and ask why your order has not been delivered yet. Please trust me.
The personnel at our local post office told me that there are delays all over. Apparently, the postal service does not work like other businesses, on a first-in-first-out standard. If the workload is too heavy at a particular moment, the postal service just leaves that mail for later. And instead, deliver the most recent mail. So the oldest mail is left for last. Ofc extremely unfair, but I can not do anything to change this!
Most orders arrive within 3-6 weeks. But some orders will take around 12 weeks to arrive this year. In some extreme cases, the delay was 4 months!

I quote Thor in the Danish article above. I have the same situation as Thor. I feel the same stress as Thor.

Most recently this week, he had to resend a batch of stickers he had sent with Dao on January 7. The item arrived at the customer that same evening, 21 days after Thor Østergaard had sent it.
The delays cost him both energy and money.
