As every year during the Christmas and New Year's Holidays, we are receiving many emails regarding delayed orders, etc. At this time of the year, we have limited time to answer every email quickly because of a heavy workload. However, most answers are found on our website.

For orders sent earlier that should have been delivered around this time, delays are very common. This is because of the Holidays and all the mail and Christmas Gifts that are delivered during Christmas.

As you can read in our terms and conditions, we compensate for orders lost by the Postal Service. Since we know how common it is that mail is delayed, especially during Christmas, we can not send a new order until around mid-January.
