Achatado, or Xatu, is a Spanish long keeper variety, a ”Tomate de Colgar”, “Hanging Tomato”. Produces mid-sized, flattened, and ribbed fruits of around 30-60 grams each. ‘Achatado’ means just that in Spanish, “Flattened”. Pale, orange-red fruits with a pink blush.
