Idaho Gem NOT is a dwarf variety growing up to 100cm in average in height. ‘Idaho Gem’ is a heavy yielder of true yellow fruits around 100-300gram. But some of our plants in 2022 produced ivory-shimmering, almost translucent, fruits in white with a green-pink blush. The fruits were also more oblate and a bit larger than ‘Idaho Gem’. Delicious juicy and sweet tomato flavor. Rugose, dark green, regular leaves. Derives from the Fancy Family, a cross between the Sunny Family and 'Orange Pear', by Sherry Long.
