Chocolate Heartthrob, ‘Dwarf Chocolate Heartthrob, is a dwarf variety growing up to 90cm in average in height. Produces heart-shaped, smooth tomatoes, around 100-250 grams each. Beautiful, mahogany-brown fruits with metallic-green stripes. Excellent, well-balanced, classic tomato flavor. Rugose, dark green, regular leaves. The second release from “the Hearty Family”. Most of the development work was done by Vince Lavalle, Bill Yoder, and Craig LeHoullier. ‘Chocolate Heartthrob’ was named by Bill Yoder and Craig LeHoullier. Introduced in 2022. Chocolate Lightning, ’Chocolate Lightning Dwarf Tomato', is a dwarf variety growing up to 100cm in height. Produces mid-sized, oblate tomatoes, around 100-240 grams each. Beautifully colored in chocolate-brown with golden-green stripes. Dark-red flesh with full, intense "dark" tomato flavor. Rugose, dark green foliage, regular leaf. Indeterminate Dwarf tree-type. From a cross between 'Dwarf Wild Fred' and 'Beauty King' by Vince Lavallo that was called "Beauty". 'Chocolate Lightning' was then selected and named by Vince. Introduced in 2015. Chocolate Marmalade produces round to slightly flat-round, mid-sized fruits of around 70-150 grams each. Some fruits are slightly ribbed, especially the larger ones. Pretty fruits in golden-orange-yellow with antho-brown spots and neck. The fruits get more antho-brown where they are exposed to the sun. Orange-yellow flesh with a juicy, sweet, and well-balanced tomato flavor between sweetness and bitterness. From Ukraine, developed by Ruslan Dukhov. Chocolate Miracle is a dwarf, or steady bush, variety growing up to around 100-120cm in height. Produces slightly flattened mid-sized beefsteak tomatoes around 200-350 grams each. Pale-red-orange fruits with thick skin and walls and firm flesh. Pleasant, not so sweet, tomato flavor. Keeps very well after harvest, stored on trays or such.
