Nero di Toscana is the old, traditional Italian kale, from 1800. Produces large, beautiful plants with dark-blue-green leaves with a light mid-nerve. Crisp and delicious flavor. Use as spinach and cabbage. Can be eaten raw, cooked, or frozen for later use. Can also be used as an ornamental plant in combination with flower plantings due to its beauty. Kaleidoscopic Jewel produces round, normal-sized tomatoes around 50-150grams each. Fruits ripen from green-purple-striped to crimson-purple with a dark-antho neck. Fresh, sweet, juicy tomato flavor. This is an indeterminate, vining variety of tomato growing to about 200cm in height and spreads some width-wise depending on how much of the suckers are pruned and the choice of staking and support.
