Paste-type tomatoes contain less water than "normal" tomatoes and are perfect for tomato sauce, puree, cooking, etc. The fruits are very firm and meaty and not so watery if cooked. Cassady's Folly is a bush variety growing up to 80-120cm in height. Good yields of beautiful golden-red-striped paste-type tomatoes. The fruits are around 7-10cm long, very firm with few seeds. The flavor is sweet and slightly tart. Paste-type tomatoes contain less water than "normal" tomatoes and are perfect for tomato sauce, puree, cooking, etc. The fruits are very firm and meaty and not so watery if cooked. Christmassy is a determinate variety growing to about 100cm in height and spreads some width-wise. Produces round large, fruits around 100-150grams each, 3-5 fruits in each cluster. Pale-red-orange fruits with thick skin and walls and firm flesh. Pleasant, not so sweet, tomato flavor. Keeps very well after harvest, stored on trays or such. Elberta Peach is a determinate variety growing to about 130cm in height and around 70cm in width. Produces mid-sized tomatoes around 80grams each. Fiaschetto is a bush variety growing to about 100cm in height and spreads width-wise. Produces oval, elongated fruits in clusters. Bright-red fruits with a strong, sweet tomato flavor. Fuzzy Wuzzy is a bush variety growing to about 40cm in height and around 40cm in width. Produces small to mid-sized tomatoes around 40-80grams each. Round to oval, red fruits with orange stripes.
