Professor Klapprott´s Spitze is a long keeper variety. Produces oval to plum-shaped, slightly ribbed fruits with a pointy end. Bright-red fruits of around 20-30 grams each. Sweet, classic tomato flavor. Thick skin and crack-resistant. Firm flesh. Good shelf life. Not much is known of its origin. A Professor Klapprott supposedly received the seeds from a friend in the DDR. Indeterminate. 75D. 10seeds/pack

Re Umberto is a longkeeper variety. Produces oval to plum-shaped fruits that ripen from green to bright red. Traditional mild-sweet, tomato flavor. Thick skin and firm flesh, crack-resistant. Good shelf life, and keeps very well after harvest. Also great for sun drying, sauces, cooking, etc. Probably the same variety as ‘Köning Humbert, from two different seed sources that named them differently. Mentioned already in 1884, in the ‘W. Tondo con Pizzo is a long-keeper variety from Southern Italy. Produces small, rounded fruits with a pointed end. “Tondo con Pizzo” means “round with a tip”. Bright-red, shiny fruits of around 15 grams each. Thick skin and firm flesh, crack-resistant. Good shelf life, and keeps very well after harvest. Indeterminate. 75D. 10seeds/pack

Treccia Rossa, “Red Braid” is a long keeper variety from Italy. Produces oval, plum-shaped fruits of around 20-30 grams each. Bright-red fruits with a sweet and traditional tomato flavor. Thick skin and firm flesh, crack-resistant. Good shelf life, keeps very well after harvest, around 6-7 months. Also great for canning and sun drying. Indeterminate. 75-80D. 10seeds/pack

Yellow Winter, ‘Giallo Invernale’, is a long keeper variety. Produces round to oval fruits of around 15-25 grams each. Light yellow fruits with a pink blush, never looking completely ripe. Mild-sweet tomato flavor. Thick skin and firm flesh, crack-resistant. Good shelf life, and keeps very well after harvest. Indeterminate. 80D. 10seeds/pack

Achatado is a Spanish long keeper variety, a ”Tomate de Colgar”, “Hanging Tomato”. Produces mid-sized, flattened, and ribbed fruits of around 30-60 grams each. ‘Achatado’ means just that in Spanish, “Flattened”. Pale, orange-red fruits with a pink blush. Quite a juicy, tasty-sweet tomato flavor. Firm flesh, thick skin. Crack-resistant. Good shelf life, and keeps very well after harvest. Indeterminate. 75-80D. 10seeds/pack
