Malabar Spinach White is a a trailing, beautiful plant with large green, shiny leaves and light-green stems. Flowers with white-pink small flowers, that later becomes the seeds. Can be used as an alternative to ordinary spinach, cook and use in pies etc. or as soup, stir-fried and more. Can also be boiled slightly and frozen for later use. More seldom used raw. Tzimbalo is tomato-relative from South America, a "wild pepino". The fruits are in the size of grapes, light-green in colour, with white stripes and spots. Use as berries, eat fresh, make jam or desserts. Slight melon-flavour but more acid, with a hint of gooseberry. The plant has a cascading growth. Sollerö Grey Pea grows to about 200cm in height and needs support, strong growth. Flowers with purple-pink flowers. Heavy yielder of green, mid-sized, chubby pods. Melon Thrakiotiko, or Thrace Melon, produces large, globe-shaped melons up to 3kg, with a little “nose”. The skin is yellow with dark spots and speckles. The flesh is crème-white with a hint of pale-yellow-orange. Firm flesh with a delicious, sweet, and juicy flavor. The flesh has a hint of floral honey. Later variety.
