Black Angus, 'Dwarf Black Angus Tomato', is a dwarf variety growing up to 90cm in height. Produces oblate, flattened, slightly ribbed beefsteak tomatoes, around 150-300 grams each. The fruits are dark-purple-brown with a full "black" tomato taste. Rugose, dark green foliage, regular leaf. Selected from ”The Cheerful Family” by Craig LeHoullier and named in honor of his father-in-law, Harry Angus. Determinate Dwarf. Introduced in 2018. OSSI. 80D. 10seeds/pack.

Maralinga DTP Dwarf Tomato

Maralinga, 'Maralinga Dwarf Tomato' is a dwarf variety growing up to 100cm in height. Heavy yielder of smooth, oblate small beefsteak tomatoes, around 150-300grams each. Beautiful, dark-red-black fruits with intense "dark" tomato flavor. Rugose, dark green foliage, regular leaf. Derives from a cross between an early generation from "the Sleepy Family" called 'Wilpena' and 'Cherokee Purple' by Patrina Nuske Small in 2008 and was called "Plentiful". 'Maralinga' was then selected and named by Patrina. Maralinga is a place in southern Australia where Great Britain tested nuclear weapons in 1950. This led to radiation sickness for the aborigines in this area. The original Maralinga-tomato had beetroot-red flesh, like an explosion. Introduced in 2016. OSSI. 75D. 10seeds/pack.
