Paste Type
All varieties in this category are paste-type tomatoes, with different colors and tastes. Paste-type tomatoes contain less water than "normal" tomatoes and are perfect for tomato sauce, puree, cooking, etc. The fruits are very firm and meaty and not so watery if cooked. Normally paste-type tomatoes are around 5-10cm long and weigh around 40-70 grams each. But as with all tomatoes, a lot of variations occur. Read more about different types of tomatoes.

Butterscotch Paste Paste-Type Tomato
Butterscotch Paste is an indeterminate variety. Produces chubby-oval paste-type tomatoes of around 60-120 grams each. Butterscotch, orange-brown, firm fruits. Well-balanced tomato flavor with a tangy-citrus taste. Creation of Dean Slater, Michigan, USA. 75D. 10seeds/pack

Sosulka Belaya / White Icicle Paste-Type Tomato
White Icicle, 'Sosulka Belaya', produces oval-elongated paste-type tomatoes, around 80 grams each. Ivory-white fruits with a sweet tomato flavor. Firm, meaty fruits with few seeds. Crack-resistant and keeps well after picking. This is described as an indeterminate, vining variety of tomato. Although all my plants grew to about 150cm and gave heavy yields all ripened during the same 10-day period. Perfect if you want to harvest all simultaneously for sauces or cooking. Tiger Zebra Paste-Type Tomato
Tiger Zebra is a paste-type tomato, containing less water than “regular” tomatoes, perfect for cocking and sauces, etc. Produces elongated fruits with a distinct, curved, pointed ends, around 50 grams each. Exceptionally beautiful, shiny fruits in green-brown-striped. Meaty, brown-green flesh with a bright and sweet tomato flavor.
