The fruits weigh around 80 grams each and are very meaty and firm. Paste-type tomatoes contain less water than "normal" tomatoes and are perfect for tomato sauce, puree, cooking, etc. The fruits are very firm and meaty and not so watery if cooked. Health Kick is a compact dwarf variety growing up to 60-70cm in height. Produces bright red, elongated paste-type tomatoes, around 70 grams each. Very firm, crack-resistant, and dry fruits. Keeps well after harvest, up to 4-7 weeks. Martino's Roma is a bush variety around 80-100cm high. Produces red, medium-sized, plum-shaped, fruits around 30-70 grams each. Firm and meaty paste-types with few seeds.
