d’Arbúcies, ‘de tomàquet de penjar d’Arbúcies’, is a Spanish “hanging tomato” – longkeeper tomato from Catalonia, Spain. “Penjar” is “to hang” in Catalan. Its named after the village of Arbúcies in Girona and was reported by Pere Pasqual. Produces orange-red fruits with a pointed end, around 50grams each. Firm fruits with thick flesh and little juice.
