Black Mustard has been grown in the Mediterranean area for thousands of years. The plants grow to about 60cm in height. Flowers with yellow small flowers on long stalks. After flowering comes the elongated seedpods, containing the black, round seeds. The seeds are used for Dijon mustard. Stronger in flavor than White Mustard.
