Idaho Gem, ‘Dwarf Idaho Gem Tomato’, is a dwarf variety growing up to 100cm in average in height. Produces flat-round, smooth fruits of around 100-300 grams each. Some fruits might reach 400gram. Beautiful, true yellow, meaty fruits with a deliciously juicy, sweet-mild tomato flavor. But not too mild as some white/yellow varieties. Rugose, dark green, regular leaves. Idaho Gem NOT is a dwarf variety growing up to 100cm in average in height. ‘Idaho Gem’ is a heavy yielder of true yellow fruits around 100-300gram. But some of our plants in 2022 produced ivory-shimmering, almost translucent, fruits in white with a green-pink blush. The fruits were also more oblate and a bit larger than ‘Idaho Gem’.
