High Growing Tomatoes

Brandywine Black produces large, oblate, slightly ribbed beefsteak tomatoes around 200-350grams each. Dark-black-red fruits with crimson flesh. Excellent, full "dark" tomato flavor. This is an indeterminate, vining variety of tomato growing to about 200cm in height and spreads some width-wise depending on how much of the suckers are pruned and the choice of staking and support. Brandywine Orange is a large beefsteak tomato with fruits up to 450grams per fruit. Oblate, pure bright-orange, meaty fruits. Superb, sweet tomato flavor with a smooth texture. Indeterminate. 80D. 5seeds/pack

Brandywine OTV, Brandywine Off The Vine, produces slightly flat-round, slightly ribbed beefsteak tomatoes of around 300-700 grams each. Red fruits with some orange blush. Red flesh with an excellent mild tomato flavor. From a spontaneous cross between Brandywine Yellow and an unknown variety. Stabilized by Carolyn Homme and published in 1996 with Craig LeHoullier. Cited in Carolyn Male's book "100 Heirloom tomatoes for the American garden”. Around 75-85D. Indeterminate. 10seeds/pack
