Yellow Brick Road produces beautiful mini-beefsteaks in golden-yellow with pale-yellow stripes. Excellent, well-balanced fruity and sweet tomato flavor. Dwarf plants that reach around 40-50cm in height, great to grow in large pots. Semi-determinate. Regular leaf. Bred by Karen Olivier, Northern Gardener, of Canada in her “Short and Sweet” project. Yellow Banana is a bush variety growing up to 60-90cm in height. Produces elongated, bright yellow paste-type tomatoes around 7cm long. Very firm fruits with few seeds, looking like little bananas. Sweet tomato flavor, not too juicy. Paste-type tomatoes contain less water than "normal" tomatoes and are perfect for tomato sauce, puree, cooking, etc. The fruits are very firm and meaty and not so watery if cooked. Yantarnyi, "Amber" is a compact bush, or dwarf, variety, growing up to 60-80cm in height. Also does well in a container. Produces round, golden-yellow-orange tomatoes, about 5cm in diameter. Fruits have yellow flesh and orange skin and appear amber-colored. Pleasant mild tomato flavor, more acidic than sweet. Also does well in cooler weather and shorter seasons. Russia. Yamal, "Yamal 200", is a compact bush variety, growing up to 50cm in height. Produces oblate, red tomatoes up to 100 grams each. Some fruits are slightly ribbed. Pleasant tomato flavor.
