C’al Papa, ‘Ramallet C’al Papa – meaning “of father’s home”, is a longkeeper variety from Mallorca, Spain. A friend who sent me the seeds got her seeds from a friend from Spain. This variety is from his father’s village. My plants produced mid-sized, oval fruits of around 40-50grams each. However, my plant didn’t get sufficient watering. With sufficient water, the fruits will get larger, up to 80-100 grams. Yellow-pink fruits with yellow-pink flesh. Firm fruits that keep well after harvest. 75-80D. Indeterminate. 5seeds/pack

Meraki’s Pink Paste is a paste-type tomato, containing less water than “regular” tomatoes, perfect for cocking and sauces, etc. It produces elongated, pear-shaped fruits with a small nipple, around 60-80 grams each. Pale-pink fruits with some pale-green coloring on the necks. Meaty flesh with a sweet tomato flavor. The seeds of this variety were given to me as ‘Sinister Minister’, and clearly, it is not. The ‘Meraki Pink Paste’ was a great variety though, so we decided to keep it! 75-80D. Indeterminate. 10seeds/pack

Cuban Like Pepper produces quite large paste-type tomatoes of around 100-300grams each. The fruit in the picture is 125 grams. Beautiful fruits in a dark, brick-red-brown color. Thick and firm flesh with few seeds. Sweet and tasty tomato flavor. The other variety in the picture is ‘Grandma Viney's Yellow and Pink’, 275 grams. From Russia. 80-85D. Indeterminate. 5seeds/pack

Brad's Black Heart NOT produces chubby, plum-shaped, paste-type tomatoes around 25-40grams each, with a pointy end. Dark-red-brown, thick-walled fruits with a pleasant, sweet tomato flavor. Keeps well after picking. The original seeds came to us as 'Brads Black Heart', which is a beefsteak variety. This variety turned out to be this nice little paste-type instead! This is an indeterminate, vining variety of tomato growing to about 200cm in height and spreads some width-wise depending on how much of the suckers are pruned and the choice of staking and support. 75D. 10seeds/pack

Risentraube NOT is an indeterminate variety growing to about 200cm in height and spreads some width-wise depending on how much of the suckers are pruned. Produces oval fruits with a pointy end in clusters. Bright-red fruits with thick skin and firm flesh. Pleasant sweet tomato flavor. Keeps very well after harvest. Can be stored hanging in clusters or on trays, up to 6 months. The fruits can dry in and wrinkle a bit during storage. This variety came to us as 'Risentraube', but 'Risentraube' has no pointy end. This variety is a great variety though, with good storing abilities. 75D. 10seeds/pack
