Rödhakeägg Pole Bean, "Robin´s Egg", is a pole bean growing to about 200cm in height. Produces green-violet-blue pods with white-beige-violet beans inside. The pods can be eaten immaturely as haricot verts or can be harvested as fully dry and mature as cooking-bean. Can be used for soups, hummus, pots, and stews. Rönnäs Broad Bean grows to about 120cm in height and produces sturdy plants. Quite early. Long pods with 4-7 oval, almost white beans, light brown as fully ripe and dry. Rustica is a soup pea that grows to around 150cm high and needs support. Flowers with dark and light purple flowers. Produces green pods with green peas. Good produce. Early. Eat fresh, freeze, or can for later use. Pisum sativum. 10seeds/pack

Shiraz Snow Pea grows to about 100cm in height and needs support, strong, bushy, growth. Flowers with purple-pink flowers. Produces purple, mid-sized pods, crispy and sweet. Harvest early, immature, young pods are the best. Eat fresh, or boil slightly. Pisum sativum. 15seeds/pack

Signe is a bush bean around 40cm high. The green pods are around 10cm long, slightly dented with an elongated tip. Dried beans are dark-yellow-brown. Use young pods as haricots verts. Solberga Broad Bean is quite low growing, about 100-120cm in height. Produces a sturdy, bushy plant. Quite late, but heavy yielder of short and chubby pods with 4-5 oval beans with white-green peal. Light brown beans as fully ripe. Flowers with white-black flowers. A bit smaller beans than modern varieties, but with excellent flavor. Can be eaten fresh and cooked, or stored as dry beans for later use. Was traditionally dried, and later boiled with salted pork. Has been grown at the same farm since 1600.
