High Growing Tomatoes

Mikado White produces round-ish, slightly flattened, and slightly ribbed smaller beefsteak tomatoes of around 150-300 grams each. Beautiful, ivory white fruits, sometimes with a pink blush, turning more yellow as fully ripe. Smooth, juicy, and sweet tomato flavor with low acidity. From the USA. Unknown Variety 1 - 2024 was supposed to be ‘Dirty Curty’, but apparently it’s not. But since this was such a beautiful and tasty variety I had to keep some seeds. I don’t know if it’s a mutation, a mix-up from the seed seller, or a cross. It produces flat-round, mid-sized beefsteak tomatoes of around 150-350 grams each. Some fruits are less ribbed and some are heavily ribbed. Ivory-white, very beautiful fruits. Some fruits also get a slight antho-coloring on the neck where the fruits are exposed to the sun. Dense and juicy flesh with a fruity and sweet tomato flavor with a hint of citrus. Indeterminate. 80D. 10seeds/pack

Barnes Mountain produces slightly flattened, slightly ribbed beefsteak tomatoes of around 200-450 grams each. Golden-yellow-orange fruits, sometimes with a pink blush. Good, traditional sweet tomato flavor with some acidity. Heirloom variety from the mountains of Barnes Estill County, Kentucky. Was featured in the 2001 Seed Savers Yearbook. High content of Tetra-cis-lycopene, 6.54 according to the NZ Heritage Food Crops Research Project. Around 75-80D. Indeterminate. 5seeds/pack
