Brown Mustard is also called Indian mustard or Chinese mustard. Native to the Himalayas. The plants grow to about 60-80cm in height. Flowers with yellow small flowers on long stalks. After flowering follows the elongated seedpods, containing the brown, round seeds. The seeds are used for many French-type paste mustards. Stronger in flavor than White Mustard.
