Rocket

Rocket, also know as Arugula, produces tufts of green, slightly lobate, elongated leaves. Peppery flavour. If it dries out it becomes sharp in the flavour.   Eat raw as lettuce, in salads etc. Grows fast, about 20-25cm high. Cold hardy.  Eruca sativa. 500seeds/pack

How to Grow

Sow directly in the garden when the soild is ready. Sow successively for access throughout the season. Do not let the seedlings dry out.
