Summer Savory

Summer Savory is an annual plant, but otherwise similar to the perennial Winter Savory. Summer Savory is more commonly used when the Winter Savory has a slightly more bitter flavor. Use as an herb in soups, for sausage or chicken, etc. Can be used fresh or dried for later use. The plants grow to about 30-60cm in height. How to Grow

Small seeds, sow shallowly. The seeds need light to germinate. Can be sown directly in the garden. Germinates slowly. Do not let the seedlings dry out.
