Spearmint is an old, traditional herb. Also known as garden mint or common mint. The dry leaves are used for sauces and meat dishes. Also good to use for tea. Can be grown in pots. How to Grow

Very small seeds, sow shallowly. Pre-cultivate indoors 6-8 weeks before planting in the garden or outdoors in pots. Can also be sown directly in the garden. Do not let the seedlings dry out.
