Kalettes Petit Posy

Petit Posy Kalettes produces little flower-brussel sprouts along the stem, in purple-green. This is an unusual mix between kale and brussel sprouts. Grows to about 80-100cm in height. Mild flavour without the bitterness brussel sprouts might have. Also stems have a pleasant and sweet taste. Cold hardy. Brassica oleracea. 30seeds/pack

How to Grow

Cabbage can be sown directly in the garden if the season is long enough. Although, it might be better, in general, to sow indoors or in a greenhouse about 4-6 weeks before planting in the garden. The best temperature for germination is about 20°C. After sprouting, place the seedlings slightly cooler, but not below 14°C. Sow about 1cm deep. When replanting the seedlings, place the seedlings slightly deeper in the soli. Plant in the garden when the most risk for frost is over. Do not let the seedlings dry out.
