Connie Mayer Dragon Fruit Seeds crossed with a pollen mix of Pepino Dulce, Jindu NOID, American Beauty, and Royal Red. Connie Mayer is Self-sterile. This variety flowers with large, pink-purple flowers. Dragon fruits are relatives of the cactus “Queen of the Night” and have very beautiful and large flowers. The fruits have pale green skin and white flesh. Sow the seeds in sand/gritty mix and keep moist. Place in a warm spot, maybe on a heat mat. Can take some weeks up to months to germinate. It can be grown as an ornamental plant indoors and outdoors during the summer. Or in warmer climates, outdoors all year round.
